Go to the CMS and select the "User management" module in the menu.
Then click on "+ Add".
Profile information
In the following view, all personal data can now be entered.
1 Mandatory fields for the creation of an account are:
E-mail, password, first name, last name.
2 The password can be generated or assigned by the user. Depending on the security settings, certain criteria must be met for this, such as at least 8 characters.
3 From here, a profile picture can also already be uploaded. Click on the "+" symbol under "Profile picture".
1 In the following step, select a picture from the media library or upload your own picture.
2 Click the "Add" button (2) to add the profile picture.

Informing users by e-mail
A checkbox allows you to easily set whether an email should be sent to the stored address as soon as the account has been created.
Data fields
1 In the below area you can find the data fields, which can be filled with further information. These fields can be freely defined by you. You can read more about this in the article on data fields.
2 If you want to customize the data fields, you can simply click on the highlighted link from here.
Create user
Once all data has been checked, the account can be created by clicking the "Create user" button.
Edit/Delete account
1 Go to the CMS and select the "User management" module in the menu. Search there for the desired account, e.g., using the search field. You can read more about this in our article "Find and filter accounts".
2 Move the mouse to the right end of the account entry and click on the icon with the three dots.
3 This will open a context menu (3) that allows you to edit or delete the account.
If you click on Edit, the account detail opens, where you can change the stored information. Click on "Delete" to delete the account.
