In order to link a created tag with a static directory, open the directories in the menu.
Then you select an existing static directory or create a new static directory. You can find out how to create a directory here.
To link tags, select an entry and scroll all the way down.
At the bottom of the page, you will then find the option to link one or more tags to the selected entry. To do this, click in the search bar to select an existing tag or click on the + to create a new tag.

As soon as you have linked all the desired tags to the entry, click on save in the lower right corner.
