The configuration of possible workflows (actions) for further processing results in almost limitless use cases in addition to the extensive customization of the actual form. An example would be the automatic sending of an e-mail from a contact form to the responsible person.
In the CMS you get an overview of the submitted form data. Depending on the configuration, this can be person-related or anonymized.
